I have almost 10 years of experience in culinary including Asian Western food and some of the bakeries in five stars environment.
I started my career in 2013 as a cuisine at Sheraton Sai Gon hotel&tower by doing small jobs like picking up stores, cutting veggies, basic cooking, cleaning..etc…
After that, I joined the Timequares Sai Gon with a new role Demi Chef De parties. My job was now bigger, and besides cooking food I had to do some of the management. It has helped me improve myself to become a head chef in the future.
After one year I joined the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line one of the biggest cruise ship companies in the world.
In the huge galley, I worked as a commis 1. My position is lower but the job was really a big nightmare because plenty of things to do on a giant ship. Cooking, cleaning, storing, training crew drills…etc… but the job has given me a lot of experience.
From 2022 to now I work for Amma Waterway managed by Seachefs River cruise company.No more ocean but still river water. A good company with a good salary and benefits but I’m still finding something new to challenge myself.
